To everyone who entered I just wanted to say that there were so many heartfelt mouthwatering memories shared that the comments sections made that post special.  Thank you to everyone who took part in this contest, and if you did not win – come back towards the end of this month as I will be having another amazing cookbook written by an amazing Pacific Northwest Chef .  It’s not one you will want to miss.

Right before we started the contest I brought Hank Shaw on the Q13 Fox Morning News where he demonstrated how to cook a duck breast and made a really great pan sauce.
