Alix Hernandez has always lived for fashion. She graduated from Seattle University where she pursued a journalism degree and packed her bags. She followed her dream of being a fashion writer to London. She studied at the London College of Fashion and lived in the vibrant city for two years. She was able to visit fashion houses, intern for television shows and learn the fashion industry in the heart of such a fabulous city. She made her way home to Seattle, but didn’t give up on fashion. She started her fashion blog www.alixrose.com that was voted Best Blog of 2010 by the readers of 425 magazine. At the same time she was writing, interviewing and styling features for Seattle’s DList Magazine. She has a full time job at Razorfish, a digital marketing agency, but she still finds time to dress up and go out.
